The lovers of latest console and PC games who love games with tons of visual effects and adrenaline pumping actions swear by the COD franchisee. The Call of Duty is a game series that was released few years back and since them its user base has steadily increased. The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is also very popular and one expansion pack of this game was released earlier this year. Named as Stimulus Package, this expansion pack was quite successful. It also got generous reviews from the gaming community after its release. The second expansion pack for the players of this game has been released today and it is named Resurgence Pack. The release of the resurgence map pack has taken place but as of now only the Microsoft Xbox owners can avail it. The expansion pack for the PS3 and PC owners is not likely to come before two to three months.
The resurgence pack DLC has 5 maps for the COD fanatics and the reports say that three maps are totally new. The first expansion pack was priced at $15 and the second one also has the same price. Activision admitted some glitches after the first expansion pack was released but that did not stop the game from selling in huge numbers.
The Resurgence Pack will prove to be beneficial for Activision. It will give the company some time to develop the upcoming COD game while keeping the players happy for now. The new DLC video is also available in the web now.
