The auto-maker, Chrysler recalls the cars as the air-bags suddenly deploy. In a report to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Chrysler informs that an improperly assembled drain for the air-conditioning system that leaks water may be the reason behind the unexpected deployment of air bags. Chrysler is recalling in this program 367,350 of their cars. Since September the owner of Chrysler cars have been complaining about this error. Finally this auto car giant agrees to recall the faulty cars from February next year. The manufacturers also says that the dealers will change the faulty drain free of cost to the owners.

Volkswagen in a similar recall expresses to change the plastic tab of the wiper of over 413,000 cars in the United States and Canada. Volkswagen in a statement tells the concern is about the plastic tab on the windshield fluid container that can rub against a fuel line which will cause a leak to develop that will lead to catch fire. Though they did not notice such incident so far. Volkswagen tells that they will notify the recall in January next year.
