JUNE 2, (PRINTWORDS.COM)- Google is all set to release the Chrome operating system late autumn this year. One of the chief officials of Google told the media that Chrome Operating System is going through the last minute touches and shall make its appearance before one and all in a few months from now. As speculated, Google Chrome OS is all set to throw in some stiff challenges against Microsoft’s Windows 7. As a matter of fact when it hits the market late this year it shall present itself to be a cloud computing friendly operating system which is the very first of its kind.
Google Chrome as in the browser one of the prominent new entrant in the world of browser which is ruled mainly by Firefox and Opera. Reportedly these are the two browsers which have remained static static in accordance to the user numbers. Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 8 is the fastest among all new entrants in the browser arena. Hard to believe that it is the fastest growing browser even faster than Google Chrome.
Although there hasn’t been any word on the partners in the innovation , Acer is speculated to have come forward with e offering. Sundar Pichai, who happens to be Google’s Vice President in Product Management declared Google’s plan to release their operating system ‘late fall’ release plans when he was attending at Computex in Taipei this week. He further said that Chrome in its initial offering shall be offered for the laptops and the net book and shall gradually take over the desktops as well.
