July 7, (PRINTWORDS NEWS) The latest episode of Pretty Little Liars has been highly sought by the fans especially after the mysterious developments in the fourth episode. The American teenage-mystery drama on ABC has become a highly popular show in spite of the initial fears that it will be a teen female-centric show. After winning over a wide range of audiences Pretty Little Liars has shed the tag for being the next ‘Gossip Girl’ on American TV.
In the last episode we saw the mysterious character of ‘A’ gaining more ground in the girls’ lives. The intrigue surrounding the lipstick message in the last episode is yet to be clarified and yet the obvious fingers have been pointed towards Spencer. The focus of the episode was Aria who is seen trying to cope with domestic problems on one hand and also her clash with Ezra on the other. Hanna is seen in scrubs, working to pay off her debts. It is intriguing as one girl is seen finally in unfashionable clothes. Toby starts to show signs of a dual character as he gives a mysterious expression when another girl looks in his direction and maintains that charming innocent look in front of Emily.
The episode is aptly named ‘Reality Bites Me’ as the girls come face to face with not just the reality of their personal lives and relationships but also are reminded strongly of the presence of ‘A’. The episode also introduced the character of Alex, played by Diego Boneta, who is a potential candidate to become the love interest of Spencer in the future.
