After the pictures that saw the 24 year old girl dressed in a swimsuit for the promotion of the much-coveted title, this time it is the alleged report that Rima Fakih is a pole dancer!
As it is already known to the people in the US, Rima Fakih is a Lebanese – American. She hails from a Muslim family. This is by far the most intriguing part in the entire controversy. According to the Muslim law, wearing revealing costumes in public is ‘Haram’. Not so for the 24 year old stripper. Yes, she did strip at a pole dancing program in the year 2007. Rima Fakih explains that though she is a Muslim, her family has always celebrated Christian festivals since her childhood days. Does that give her an excuse to strip?! Well at least she thinks so! However there is no denying the fact that she is indeed cut out for her role as an upcoming model.
It is true that the young Muslim girl had been one of the strippers at the “Stripper 101? contest sponsored by Detroit radio morning show ‘Mojo in the Morning’. Organizers for her strip show were however very supportive of the former Miss Michigan. They said that they will never reveal any such photograph of the beauty queen which will land her in trouble or may force her to relinquish her crown. Not only they but also the people of Michigan are proud of their winner. It is true that the girl has created history with her win at the Miss USA 2010 stage and nobody is prepared to let her down.
So what is Donald Trump saying? Is he happy or embarrassed? We are not very sure, but one can predict that Rima Fakih cant be complaining, she will surely enjoy all the attention.
