Turk-Israelite Warfare Reaches Alarming Proportions

turk Turk Israelite Warfare Reaches Alarming ProportionsMay 31, (PRINTWORDS NEWS) An Israeli warship has been destroyed in a missile attack on it by unidentified sources, but it is being speculated that it might have been the work of one of the Kurdish rebel groups. However, no reports are certain, and the Turkish government has denied all allegations regarding the matter. In fact, they have also denied all accusations of the Israeli government that one of their ships, which was raided by the Israeli officials, had on board activists who had ammunition on them.

The Kurdish rebels attacked the military vehicle in the early hours of Monday. The vehicle was quite near the naval base in Western Turkey when the rocket attack occurred. The grenade, propelled by the rocket, fell on the ship, and, needles to say, major havoc and destruction ensued. Reports suggest that a total of seven soldiers have been killed, and seven others have been wounded, out of them three in critical conditions.

The raid that was conducted on the same day by the Israeli government on the Turkish aid ship resulted in the deaths of about 19 passengers, and 36 others were wounded. Te riad was conducted mainly under the suspicion that the passengers included some armed activists. However, the bloody raid did not lead to any confirmation of the same, and the Turkish government too trashed the claims of the Israelis.

In fact, these two incidents, occurring back to back, have brought into light only too clearly the never ending and alarmingly increasing by the day problem between the two neighboring countries. What had possibly started a couple of thousand years back continue to this day, with the complication increasing with every step the countries take toward advancement; of late, nuclear weapons being added to the list, and making the situation even more dangerous.
