The new TVs make use of the company’s cutting edge Nano lighting technology and also comes with a sound bar for impressive audio visual experience. So far the manufacturers have resorted to LED back-lit display or some of them used LEDs at the display edge. LG is upbeat that the new TV sets will offer a superior viewing experience to the users. It thinks that the new Nano LED technology will blend the advantages of back lit and edge lit LED screens.
The Nano LEDs used in the new lineup from LG also offers enhanced dimming control. It is useful for displaying the black levels accurately in dark scenes. The LW9500 and LW7700 sets come with a refresh rate of 480 Hz ands 240 Hz respectively. They also make use of ab advanced Anti-Reflection Panel to reduce glare from adjacent light sources.
Both the TVs also support 3D content with active shutter glasses. The models also have THX certification. LG has also unveiled the HD Sound Bar (LSB316) with six speakers. It also has a wireless subwoofer. The sound bar supports the music devices that support audio streaming via bluetooth.
